Contact progress through a series of emails: With the new email campaigns feature, the contacts move through the series of emails and sit in a queue during the pause time that you set up between emails. This provides more control, flexibility, and visibility for the campaign.

Edit and add emails: Since the contacts are working through a set of emails, you are able to edit, modify, and add emails to the series and contacts will always receive the latest version of the email.

Prevent duplicate emails: You can only add a contact and email address one time to an email campaign and this can prevent you from sending the same email to a prospect more than once.

Create workflow automation: You can set up the system so that when you add contacts to a list, they automatically get added to an email campaign to create a workflow automation process.
