When customer replies to email does get in CRM

If you send an email out of SalesScripter and the contact replies, the reply will go to the email inbox for the email address that you have set up in your SalesScripter email settings.

For all situations outside of one exception, this reply will not get stored in SalesScripter and go back to SalesScripter in any way.

The one exception to that is if you happen to use a Gmail inbox (or G-Suite) and have installed or Google Chrome extension (more information here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/salesscripter/lmdokmfkjfkddpgelnihilnkgdhajihb). With our Google Chrome extension, we will send replies from your inbox to SalesScripter.

The way this works is that when you exchange emails in your inbox with a contact and their email address exists in your SalesScripter CRM, the Chrome extension will send copies of all emails exchanged over to SalesScripter and they will be documented in the Activity History section for that contact.
