When you set up an email campaign, you will create a series of emails. For each email, there will be a queue that contacts will sit in until it is time for the email to go out. The way this works is that after an email goes out to a contact, the contact will progress to the next queue in the series and sit in the queue until it is time for the email to go out.
If you leave one week between emails, a contact will sit in the queue for one week and when the week expires, the email will go out and the contact will progress to the next queue.
You are able to view all of these queues, which contacts are in each queue, and when emails are scheduled to go out by going to email campaigns here https://salesscripter.com/pro/crm/email-campaigns and then click on VIEW on your campaign. This will show you the series of emails and you will see a queue for each email. Next to each queue is a number of contacts. You can click on the number to view contacts in the queue and schedule send dates.
