Yes, our CRM provides sales metrics that are extremely granular and detailed. I am biased but I feel confident that the sales metrics that we provide are better than any other system.
I am able to make that claim because we capture sales data through a feature called "Log an Interaction". The feature allows sales resources to quickly and accurately log details after each interaction with prospects. All of that data is stored in a central database and can then be reported on in a number of ways providing an extremely accurate picture of what is going on with the sales team.
