New email report - undeliverable

We have added a new email report for “Undeliverable”. This will show emails that were not delivered due to either bouncing, being blocked, or due to an invalid email.

When an email and email is not able to be delivered, the contact will be automatically changed from a Subscribed status to an Undeliverable status and emails will no longer be sent to that contact. You can go to the contact record and update the email address and manually change the status back to Subscribed in order to try email the contact again.
