I am purchasing from outside the US and the sign up form is asking for my zip code but I don't have a zip code

I am in the UK and we don't have zip codes but the sign up form is asking for one and won't let me purchase. How can I move forward if I don't have a zip code?

The form is designed to detect which country you are in and display the appropriate fields for you. But sometimes the internet provider you use will tell the form that you are in the US when you are not.

When this is the case, you have to manually tell the sign up form that you are in a different country and you can do that by looking to the top right of the page that displays the credit card information fields and you should see a drop down option that likely has the United States selected. In that drop down, simply select the country you are in and the form will adjust to your situation.
