Cold email from a salesperson selling internet and connectivity services

Here is a cold email I received from a salesperson that appears to sell internet and connectivity services:

Dear Michael,

My name is XXX and I am a Fiber specialist at XXX to assist clients with Fiber-based Internet access for Data and Voice services, SD-WAN, and Cybersecurity solutions. I am reaching out to see if you have time on your calendar for a brief call to discuss your current network configuration.

What is your availability sometime next week for a quick phone call? I look forward to speaking with you soon.

I have written a review of this email and included a version that I created based on my feedback and you can get that on our blog here -
Web development is a wide field with many subspecialties. Generally, web developers have the skills set necessary to create and maintain websites, while app developers have the skills needed to create software that will run on mobile devices, tablets, and other devices that use different operating systems. While web developers have to have programming skills, they usually only need these skills to learn web development by or to build one page at a time. They also have to be familiar with basic graphic design skills, since they usually work with colors, Java scripts, and other things that programmers need to know in order to write code that can interact with web pages and software. Web designers will have a lot of experience in dealing with different software packages.
