Coaching question

I am currently an SDR for a tech company and with current events, I am looking to get myself to the next level/keep improving my sales skills.

I wanted to get some more information on some of the things that are usually covered for similar clients.

How does this coaching session work? What is expected of me? It's my first time ever thinking about getting a personal coach.

Any information would be helpful

Every client is unique and we can work on whatever area needs the most attention. Since we specialize in sales messaging, a lot of our coaching sessions usually center around or start there. Whether the client asks for that or not, when they want to improve cold calling, cold emailing, objection handling, etc., the place we want to focus on most to fix those areas is improving what the salesperson says. With that, we spend a lot of time building the foundation of a good sales message.
