Here are some sales email templates from the SalesScripter library of emails. These templates are filled in with one of our campaigns that were created for server and application hosting but you can use this same structure for any product or service.

Before we show you the sales email templates, let’s review a few concepts that are taken into consideration in how we structure our sales prospecting emails.

Try to not sound like a salesperson.
To decrease the odds of a prospect instantly deleting your email, try to avoid sounding like a salesperson trying to sell something.

Sell the meeting, not the product.
The odds of you sending a prospect an email at the exact time that they need to purchase what you sell is low. As a result, try to sell the step of talking or meeting instead of selling the product.

Value Message
Here is the first of the sales email templates that we want to share here. This is a message that educates the prospect on the benefits that we offer.

Subject Line: Improve the ability to keep systems running and data backed up and protected

Hello [Prospect First Name],

The reason I am reaching out is that I am with DCR Workforce and we help businesses to:

  • Improve their ability to keep systems running and data backed up and protected
  • Keep systems running when there is an outage, issue, or disaster
  • Minimize the chance of any data ever being lost
  • Shorten the amount of time that it takes to recovery data and operations
  • Improve the level of cyber security for their systems and data

I don’t know if you are interested in any of those and that is why I am reaching out to you. I will try to give you a call next week.

If you are interested in talking before then, I can schedule a brief 15 to 20 minute meeting next Tuesday or Thursday morning where we can discuss your goals and challenges and share any value and insight that we have to offer.

Best Regards,

Pain Message
Here is the second of our sales email templates and this message focuses on the pain points that the product or service helps to resolve.

Subject Line: The fear of not knowing if their systems are fully backed and and protect from any threats or disruptions

Hello [Prospect First Name],

The reason I am reaching out is that I am with DCR Workforce and we find that it is very common for businesses to have challenges with:

  • The fear of not knowing if their systems are fully backed and and protect from any threats or disruptions
  • It is difficult and time consuming to keep systems running and data backed up and protected
  • There are times when data is lost and needs to be recovered

  • Wanting to improve the level of cyber security for their systems and data
  • Business operations are sometimes negatively affected by availability of systems or lost data
  • There are times when there are costs and lost revenue resulting from lost data, data breaches and operational disruptions

I am not sure if you are concerned about any of those and that is why I am reaching out to you. I will try to give you a call next week.

If you are interested in talking before then, I can schedule a brief 15 to 20 minute meeting next Tuesday or Thursday morning where we can discuss your goals and challenges and share any value and insight that we have to offer.

Best Regards,

Keep in mind that these sales email templates are not designed to get the prospect to purchase as we don’t believe that you can sell over email. More so these sales email templates are designed to educate the prospect and communicate with them in a way that you don’t trigger guardedness and stand a good chance to establish the conversation.
